About SwimJar
-
Built on coaching experience dating back to 1991, SwimJar brings together decades of international experience and a thoughtful approach to children’s swimming development.
Lessons focus on helping children become more capable and independent in the water through structured teaching, careful guidance and strong technical foundations.
-
Every child learns differently. Rather than rushing progress or relying heavily on swimming aids, lessons are designed to support natural learning, body awareness and lasting confidence in the water.
The focus is not simply on completing levels, but on helping children build strong foundations that support long-term swimming development.
-
Swimming should feel engaging, purposeful and genuinely understood. With an emphasis on technique, awareness and movement quality, lessons encourage children to develop greater independence and confidence in the water over time.
-
Swim Jar offers lessons across selected venues, private residences and residential pools throughout Central and West London, creating a more personal and convenient experience for families.
Swim Jar is fully insured with public liability and professional indemnity cover and is supported through professional membership with Swim England and the Institute of Swimming.
